We didn't set out to become an AI company.
Founded in 2022, 3N began by working inside mortgage operations, helping lenders execute the work, solve operational problems and navigate the realities of mortgage fulfillment.
Over time, that experience revealed a larger opportunity. Much of the intelligence required to move a mortgage from one stage to the next still lived in people, in how experienced processors, underwriters, closers and operators interpreted information, made decisions and knew what to do next.
The question became: could that operational knowledge be structured, made executable and ultimately orchestrated by intelligence?
3N Mortgage AI grew from that question.
