1) Scope & Applicability
This Policy applies to all employees, interns, contractors, consultants, vendors, visitors, and any other individuals who access Company premises, systems, documents, registers, communications, or digital platforms.
2) Video Surveillance & Security Monitoring
Company facilities may be monitored through CCTV and other reasonable security controls for safety, access management, incident response, and compliance. Further, company facilities may enforce strict security protocols including mobile device usage restrictions, photography prohibitions, access controls, and other operational security measures. By entering or remaining on Company premises, you acknowledge and consent to such monitoring and protocols. Where necessary, recordings may be retained, reviewed, and shared with authorized personnel and/or lawful authorities for investigation or legal purposes.
3) Privacy, Personal Data Collection & Processing
The Company may collect and process personal data (including information provided through registers, logs, emails, digital forms, website interactions, and security systems) for legitimate purposes such as:
- visitor and access management
- operational administration
- contractual or engagement requirements
- safety, security, and incident management
- compliance, audits, and legal obligations
We aim to collect only relevant information and protect it through appropriate administrative and technical safeguards.

8) Confidentiality & Responsible Use
All non-public information accessed through Company facilities, documents, communications, registers, systems, or interactions must be treated as confidential and used only for authorized purposes. Unauthorized viewing (“peeping”), copying, photographing, recording, extracting, sharing, disclosing, or misusing any information is strictly prohibited.
Individuals must comply with security protocols including restricted-zone access controls and any “no photography/no recording” requirements. Any attempt to bypass controls, misuse information, or act in bad faith is a serious violation and may result in access withdrawal, termination of engagement, and legal action.
9) Intellectual Property & Brand Protection
The Company name, logo, trademarks, caption, service marks, brand assets, documents, and proprietary materials are protected intellectual property. Accessing this website or engaging with the Company does not grant any permission or license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, or represent Company branding or IP without prior written authorization.
10) Reporting Security or Privacy Concerns
If you believe there has been a privacy issue, information leak, unauthorized access, or misuse of information, please report it immediately to: grc@3nperformance.com.
11) Consequences & Indemnity
Breach of this Policy may lead to appropriate action including restricted access, suspension, disciplinary measures, termination of engagement/contract, recovery of losses, and civil and/or criminal proceedings as permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, any person responsible for such breach agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its directors, officers, employees, management, representatives, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from such breach or misuse.
12) Disclaimer (Good Faith / Use at Own Risk / Personal Views / Third-Party Links)
Information shared during any engagement may be provided in good faith and may reflect personal views unless expressly stated as an official Company position. Users/recipients must apply independent judgment and obtain required internal approvals where applicable. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not responsible for decisions made solely based on informal communications or for misuse of information by unauthorized persons. The Company is also not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of any third-party websites, applications, portals, or external links.
13) Updates to This Policy
The Company may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in operations, security requirements, or applicable laws. Continued use of this website or engagement with the Company constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
