The Company name, logo, trademarks, caption, service marks, brand assets, documents, and proprietary materials are protected intellectual property. Accessing this website or engaging with the Company does not grant any permission or license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, or represent Company branding or IP without prior written authorization.

11) Consequences & Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, any person responsible for such breach agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its directors, officers, employees, management, representatives, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from such breach or misuse.

Information shared during any engagement may be provided in good faith and may reflect personal views unless expressly stated as an official Company position.
